Moisturizing Deep Conditioners
I have tried several deep conditioners both expensive and the not so expensive but I will be sharing four of my top moisturizing deep conditioners that actually work.
Shea Moisture Manuka Honey and Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Masque: This conditioner is packed with essential oils and humectants to keep your hair moisturized. when conditioner leaves your hair feeling deeply moisturized when rinsed off.
Creme of Nature Argan Oil Intensive Conditioning Treatment. This is a blend of both moisturizing and strengthening ingredients to add moisture, prevent breakage and give shine
ORS Olive Oil Replenishing Conditioner: This is an oldie but a goodie. It still works as well as it used to since the beginning of my healthy hair journey in 2011. This has also has a blend of both moisturizing and strengthening ingredients.it gives your hair a ton of slip and makes detangling a breeze. I swear by this conditioner.
Shea Moisture Mongongo and Hempseed Oil High Porosity Moisture Correct Masque: This Conditioner is formulated for high porosity and damaged hair. it deeply conditions the hair.

Protein Conditioners
These are the anti-breakage masters.
ORS Hair Mayonnaise: Like the ORS olive oil replenishing conditioner, this is also an oldie. Since I discovered this bad boy I have never looked back. It strengthens the hair without leaving your hair feeling hard as some protein conditioners do. Use this once to twice a month to get that moisture protein balance your hair needs. This is also the deep conditioner to use before putting your hair in a protective style as you transition.
Aphogee Keratin 2 Minute Reconstructor: This is an instant protein treatment. This conditioner is a one-step protein treatment rich in keratin and amino acid. It treats cuticle damage and prevents breakage.

Best Leave-in Conditioners For Transitioning Hair
These are applied after you rinse off your deep conditioners.
Â
Cantu Shea Butter Leave-in Conditioning Repair Cream: This is another one I keep restocking because it simply works. It is infused with shea butter and natural oils that moisturize and strengthen the hair. It can also double as a daily moisturizer.
Creme of Nature Break up Breakage Leave-In Conditioner: This is a relatively new member of my hair product stash and it does the job. Infused with pure honey, coconut oil and shea butter in a light formula that doesn’t weigh your hair down. It detangles the hair and prevents breakage.
Aphogee Keratin and Green Tea Restructurizer: This is a light protein leave-in conditioner. It combines the strengthening properties of keratin and the antioxidant properties of green tea to protect and strengthen the hair.
